非遗传承视角下高职院校双创人才培养路径研究

摘 要：创新创业教育是高职院校教育体系中的重要组成部分，非遗传承作为一种文化载体，能够在一定程度上促进高职院校对创新创业人才的培养。从非遗传承视角下对高职院校大学生双创人才培养的可行性和必要性入手，分析了目前高校双创人才培养现状，并从目标培养、平台搭建、课程设置、队伍建设等方面探索其人才培养路径。

Research on the Training Path of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Talents in Higher

Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Non-inheritance

Abstract：Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of the education system of higher vocational colleges.As a cultural carrier， non-inheritance can promote the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges to a certain extent. Based on the feasibility and necessity of the training of entrepreneurship and innovation talents in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of non-inheritance， this paper analyzes the current status of the training of entrepreneurship and innovation talents in colleges and universities， and explores the training path from the aspects of training objectives， platform building， curriculum setting and team building.
