摘 要:在VUCA时代下,组织韧性是组织应对错综复杂的外部环境保持正常运作的重要能力;跨界行为、工作重塑对企业运作和发展产生重要作用。对跨界行为、工作重塑、组织韧性的相关文献进行回顾,通过论述团队和员工个体的跨界行为和工作重塑所带来的结果探究其如何影响组织韧性,并根据当前研究现状展望未来研究方向。

Boundary-spanning Behavior and Job Crafting:
A “New Way” to Improve Organizational Resilience in the VUCA Era

Abstract:In the VUCA era, organizational resilience is an important ability for an organization to maintain normal operation in response to the complex external environment. As the “new behavior” in the new era, boundary-spanning behavior and job crafting have played an important role in the operation and development of enterprises. This paper reviews the relevant literature on boundary-spanning behavior, job crafting and organizational resilience, explores how they affect organizational resilience by discussing the results of boundary-spanning behavior and job crafting of teams and individual employees, and looks forward to the future research direction according to the current research status.
