碱液管线开工初期泄漏原因分析及防护

摘  要:某企业新建催化裂化装置在开工初期发生304L材质碱液管道多次泄漏问题。该文通过对泄漏部位开展宏观和微观分析,查找碱液管道泄漏深层次原因并提出改进措施。

Abstract: A newly-built catalytic cracking unit in a certain enterprise experienced multiple leaks in its 304L caustic solution pipeline during the early stages of operation. Through macroscopic and microscopic analyses of the leak location, the deep-seated causes of caustic solution pipeline leaks were identified and improvement measures were proposed.

某企业新建催化裂化装置内不锈钢碱液管道在装置开工投料不久后,即发生管线泄漏情况,此后不到一个月时间内,该碱液管线又多次在焊缝处发生腐蚀泄漏情况,本文基于宏观和微观分析检测方法,对碱液管线腐蚀泄漏原因进行深层次分析,对于今后新建装置酸、碱等易腐蚀介质管线的安装和投用方法具有一定指导意义。(剩余3705字)
