一种FDZ型防振锤线夹结构改进措施

摘  要:针对架空输电线路用防振锤滑移进行原因分析,发现线夹结构不合理是问题产生的主要原因。该文提出将防振锤线夹线槽设计成多纹加涂层型,以增大线夹与导线之间的摩擦力,经试验,结构改进设计提高防振锤的滑移荷载。

Abstract: The cause of the slip of the anti-vibration hammer used in overhead transmission lines was analyzed, and it was found that the unreasonable structure of the cable clamp was the main cause of the problem. In this paper, it is proposed to design the wire groove of the anti-vibration hammer clip into a multi-pattern and coated type to increase the friction between the wire clip and the wire. After testing, the structural improvement design increases the sliding load of the anti-vibration hammer.

架空输电线路的导、地线在受到稳定且不大的微风(风速0.5~6 m/s)作用时,导线背风面将产生以一定频率上下交替变化的气流旋涡,该气流旋涡使架空线受到上下交变的脉冲力作用。(剩余6043字)
