摘  要：“双碳”目标下，我国的废弃煤矿矿区生态环境修复工程，将会迎来长足的发展和进步。分析和论述发达国家针对废弃煤矿矿区，在立法层面、投入的资金来源层面以及生态环境修复的案例等不同层面的做法，以对国内废弃矿区的生态环境修复工作有所借鉴。

Abstract： Under the "Double Carbon" goals， China's abandoned coal mining area ecological environment restoration project will usher in great development and progress. This paper analyzes and discusses the practices of developed countries at different levels such as legislation， investment sources， and ecological environment restoration cases for abandoned coal mining areas， so as to draw lessons from the ecological environment restoration work of abandoned Kuangqu mines in China.
