建设项目使用林地可行性报告编制流程分析

摘  要：随着我国经济的快速发展，人民生活水平逐步提高，各类建设项目也越来越多。为了对林地资源进行科学利用和合理保护，需要对建设项目使用林地的可行性进行分析论证。该文总结近年来从事林地征占项目的经验，对使用林地可行性报告编制流程进行梳理，为同类型的可行性报告编制提供参考。

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards， there are more and more construction projects. In order to make scientific use and reasonable protection of woodland resources， it is necessary to analyze and demonstrate the feasibility of using woodland in construction projects. This paper summarizes the experience of woodland requisition projects in recent years， and sorts out the compilation process of the feasibility report on the use of woodland， so as to provide reference for the compilation of the same type of feasibility report.
