烧结墙材生产流程数据分析与研究

摘  要： 为了改善烧结墙材粗放式生产模式，分析了烧结墙材生产流程工艺要求，研究了墙材生产数据采集与分类，利用实体-联系模型描述影响生产流程数据实体并进行数据分析，开发了“订单信息”数据监控系统，为更准确地用数据库管理系统来分析和利用这些数据来指导生产奠定研究基础。

Analysis and research on the data of production process of sintered brick

Abstract： In order to improve the extensive production mode of sintered brick， the technological requirements of the production process were analyzed. By studying the collection and classification of its production data， using the entity-relationship model to describe the data entities affecting the production process for data analysis， an "order information" data monitoring system was developed. It lays a research foundation for more accurate use of the database management system to analyze and utilize these data to guide production.
