Abstract:The introductionof aloy melts into thepores ofC/Ccomposites at high temperatures and in-situreactions with pre-deposited matrix materials result in the formation ofultra-high temperatureceramics with high strength, high melting point and excellent thermal conductivity,which are of great significance for today's increasingly stringent performance demands for high-temperature and thermal protection materials.This article focuses on the wettabilityof(Ti,Zr,Hf,Si) high temperature alloys,using thesesile drop methodas the testing principleand the YG0020-23oO ultra-high-temperature melt surface tension wetability meter to measure the wettability of multialloy meltsonpyrolyzed carbon materials,aiming toanalyze the influencing factorsand the intrinsic mechanism of the wettability in depth.The results show that the wetting angle is only 0.58585422∘ when the atomic ratio of Ti:Zr:Hf:Si is 3:12:4:2, and then the Ti .ZΓ -Hf-Si alloy melt has the best wetting performance.
