[摘 要]随着智能制造和工业4.0的快速发展,发动机凸轮轴生产线正面临着从传统制造向智能制造的转型升级。文章通过对现有凸轮轴生产线的深入分析和智能制造技术的应用,提出了一种发动机凸轮轴智能生产线的设计方案,并探讨了其在实际运维中的优势与挑战,旨在提高生产效率、降低成本,并实现高质量的产品生产。

[Abstract]With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0, engine camshaft production lines are facing a transformation and upgrading from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing. The article proposes a design scheme for an engine camshaft intelligent production line through in-depth analysis of existing camshaft production lines and the application of intelligent manufacturing technology, and explores its advantages and challenges in practical operation and maintenance, aiming to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve high-quality product production.
