[摘 要]汽车覆盖件前纵梁发挥承载作用，因此对其制造要求较为严格。其中，模具设计环节尤为重要，规范模具设计环节才能落实冲压工艺，从而促使汽车覆盖件前纵梁符合制造要求。文章介绍了汽车覆盖件前纵梁的模具设计及其冲压工艺，旨在解决其制造问题。

[Abstract]The front longitudinal beam of automobile covering parts plays a bearing role， so its manufacturing requirements are more strict. Among them， the mold design link is particularly important， and the standardization of the mold design link can implement the stamping process， so as to promote the front longitudinal beam of the automobile covering part to meet the manufacturing requirements. This paper introduces the die design and stamping process of the front longitudinal beam of automobile covering， aiming at solving the manufacturing problem.
