【摘要】目的：探究对高血压合并冠心病患者运用综合护理的效果。方法：选取60名高血压合并冠心病患者参与本实验，时间：2022年11月—2023年12月，均分患者，将行常规护理的患者作为对照组，将实行综合护理的患者作为观察组，比较两组护理效果。结果：护理前，两组患者血压水平、睡眠质量评分以及心脏功能指标比较差异不大，P>0.05；护理后，观察组患者血压水平及PSQI评分明显低于对照组，心脏功能指标明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P

Evaluation of the effect of comprehensive nursing on the nursing effect and sleep quality of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods：Sixty patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected to participate in the experiment from November 2022 to December 2023，the patients were divided equally，the patients who underwent routine care were used as the control group，and the patients who underwent comprehensive care were used as the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no significant difference in blood pressure levels，sleep quality scores，and cardiac function indicators between the two groups of patients，P>0.05；After nursing，the blood pressure levels and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，and the cardiac function indexes were significantly better than those of the control group，with statistical significance （P
