【摘要】目的：分析在优思悦基础上服用二甲双胍对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素、胰岛素抵抗的改善作用。方法：选取100例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象，并划分至两个小组内，分别给予单一优思悦治疗（对照组）和优思悦联合二甲双胍治疗（观察组），连续治疗3个疗程，并观察两组患者的疗效。结果：治疗后，相较于对照组，观察组总有效率、排卵率、妊娠率及雌二醇均更高，BMI、IRI、促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素以及睾酮均更低，各项数据均存在差异性，P
