【摘要】目的：探讨综合护理干预在小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年10月—2020年10月期间本院收治的90例肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿作为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式将患儿分为对照组与观察组，每组45例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理干预，比较两组的护理效果。结果：观察组患儿住院时间、体温恢复正常时间、憋喘恢复正常时间和肺部啰音恢复正常时间均比对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P
