【摘要】目的：分析锁定加压钢板内固定在创伤性四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2023年10月收治的72例创伤性四肢骨折患者，随机将其分为两组。对照组采取普通钢板螺钉内固定治疗，观察组采取锁定加压钢板内固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后，观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后，两组的Tb.N和VOC均升高（P
