急性心肌梗死是指冠状动脉阻塞、供血不足而引发的心肌缺血坏死，中老年为疾病主要发病群体，但现在人们日常生活作息不规律，错误的饮食结构以及精神长时间处于高压状态，从而导致疾病趋向年轻化，而急性心肌梗死是冠心病中最为常见的一种临床症状，从而成为冠心病重症医学科较为常见疾病之一[1-2]。（剩余4195字）
