【Abstract】Objective：To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of intravascular intervention in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods：From January 2022 to November 2022，100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the even and odd methods.Patients in the conventional group were treated with intravenous thrombolysis，while patients in the observation group were treated with intravascular intervention.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After treatment，the stroke score，Barthel score and improved Rankin score in the observation group were better than those in the conventional group （P
