俯卧位通气的应用及护理要点

【摘要】俯卧位通气目前在ICU应用广泛，特别是在近期COVID-19流行期间，其对肺损伤带来的益处被广泛认可[1]。本文对俯卧位通气治疗严重呼吸衰竭患者的病理生理机制、适应症及并发症、应用现状、面临的挑战及护理要点等进行阐述，以期为临床护理提供可靠依据。

【Abstract】Prone position ventilation （PPV） is currently widely used in ICU，especially during the recent COVID-19 pandemic，and its benefits for lung injury have been recognized widely[1].This article elaborates on the pathological and physiological mechanisms，indications and complications，current application status，faced challenges and nursing points of PPV in the treatment of severe respiratory failure patients，in order to provide reliable basis for clinical nursing.

自俯卧位通气概念首次提出[2]至今近50年的时间里，其因有效改善肺部背侧通气及换气，减少肺损伤等优点，被临床广泛应用，随后在许多研究中证实了俯卧位对改善急性低氧性呼吸衰竭患者氧和的意义[3]。（剩余4178字）
