【摘要】目的：对比CT与X线在腰椎退行性病变中的诊断效能。方法：选取我院2020年3月—2023年3月收治的80例腰椎退行性病变患者作为研究对象，所有患者均采取CT与X线诊断，分析CT诊断图像特征与X线诊断图像特征，并分析CT与X线对腰椎退行性病变的诊断价值。结果：CT诊断最终67例患者确诊为腰椎退行性病变；X线诊断最终发现确诊腰椎退行性病变的患者共53例；X线联合CT对腰椎退行性病变的诊断准确率明显高于X线与CT，且其漏诊率较低（P

Comparison of diagnostic efficacy between CT and X-ray in lumbar degenerative diseases

【Abstract】Objective：To compare the diagnostic efficacy of CT and X-ray in lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods：80 patients with lumbar degenerative diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent CT and X-ray diagnosis，and the characteristics of CT and X-ray diagnostic images were analyzed.The diagnostic values of CT and X-ray for lumbar degenerative diseases were analyzed.Results：CT diagnosis ultimately confirmed 67 patients with lumbar degenerative disease；A total of 53 patients were diagnosed with lumbar degenerative disease through X-ray diagnosis；The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray combined with CT for lumbar degenerative lesions was significantly higher than that of X-ray and CT，and the missed diagnosis rate was lower （P
