【摘要】目的：探讨临床药师对硝基咪唑类抗菌药物处方点评的作用。方法：研究对象为2020年1月—2021年12月我院临床硝基咪唑类抗菌药物处方（2000份）与240例患者，根据临床药师是否参与用药分为两组，2020年1月—2020年12月为对照组，处方1000分，患者120例，未给予临床药师干预；2021年1月—2021年12月为观察组，处方1000分，患者120例，实施临床药师干预，比较两组不合理处方类型、住院天数、住院费用、总药费、抗菌药使用情况（费用、使用天数）结果：①观察组的各不合理处方数量低于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the role of clinical pharmacists’ comments on nitroimidazole antibiotics. Methods： The research objects were 2000 nitroimidazole antibiotics prescriptions and 240 patients in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021. The patients were divided into two groups according to whether clinical pharmacists were involved in the medication.
