【摘要】目的：评价胎儿系统超声、常规产科超声在妊娠期胎儿畸形早期诊断中的准确性。方法：选择本院接受产前超声筛查的392例孕妇为探究主体，研究日期是2022年1月—2022年12月，对全部孕妇均进行胎儿系统超声、常规产科超声检查，将分娩或者引产结果视为金标准，分析不同超声的检出情况。结果：胎儿系统超声对于妊娠期胎儿畸形的检出率、诊断符合率较常规产科超声高，且诊断符合率存在统计学价值（P>0.05），检出率无统计学价值（P

【Abstract】Objective： To evaluate the accuracy of fetal systemic ultrasound and routine obstetric ultrasound in the early diagnosis of fetal malformation during pregnancy. Methods： 392 pregnant women who received prenatal ultrasound screening in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study， and the study date was from January 2022 to December 2022. Fetal systemic ultrasound and routine obstetric ultrasound were performed on all pregnant women， and the results of delivery or induction of labor were regarded as the gold standard， and the detection of different ultrasonography was analyzed.
