【摘要】目的：探讨免扩宫宫腔镜（治疗组）与传统宫腔镜（对照组）比较优缺点，以便宫腔镜更好地在不孕症门诊中推广。方法：通过比较免扩宫宫腔镜组与传统宫腔镜组的手术时间、疼痛评分等，观察免扩宫宫腔检查镜在不孕症门诊中的应用，为免扩宫宫腔镜开展提供理论依据。结果：两者手术时间比较，P>0.05，差异无统计学意义；疼痛评分比较，免扩宫宫腔镜组平均是3.30（3.30±1.985），传统宫腔镜组平均是5.31（5.31±2.399），P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the advantages and disadvantages of non dilation hysteroscopy （treatment group） compared to traditional hysteroscopy （control group）， in order to better promote hysteroscopy in infertility. Methods： By comparing the surgical time and pain score between the non dilation hysteroscopy group and the traditional hysteroscopy group， the application of non dilation hysteroscopy in infertility clinics was observed， providing a theoretical basis for the development of non dilation hysteroscopy.
