【摘要】目的：评析闭合复位防旋髓内钉内固定术应用于股骨粗隆间骨折病人的价值。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年1月的74例股骨粗隆间骨折患者。以奇偶分组法将其分至两组，各组37例。参照组：近端解剖型锁定钢板内固定术治疗。试验组：闭合复位防旋髓内钉内固定术治疗。评价各组手术效果。结果：术后，试验组并发症发生率更低，手术相关指标、髋关节功能、疼痛程度等均更为优异（P

Clinical value of closed reduction and anti rotation intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur

【Abstract】Objective： To evaluate the value of closed reduction and anti rotation intramedullary nail fixation in patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur. Methods： From January 2022 to January 2023， 74 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur were selected. Divide them into two groups using the parity grouping method， with 37 cases in each group. Reference group： Treatment with proximal anatomical locking plate internal fixation. Experimental group： Closed reduction and anti rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation for treatment. Evaluate the surgical outcomes of each group. Results： After surgery， the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower， and the surgical related indicators， hip joint function， and degree of pain were all better（P
