【摘要】目的：骨髓检验诊断再生障碍性贫血，血小板白细胞血红蛋白水平分析。方法：选取在2017年3月—2023年1月期间我院诊治的30例再生障碍性贫血患者作为实验组，再选取同期医院接受治疗30例非血液病患者作为对照组，对于两组研究样本均实施骨髓检验，对比骨髓检验血小板、白细胞、血红蛋白水平。结果：30例再生障碍性贫血患者和30例非血液病患者外周血常规血小板、白细胞、血红蛋白水平对比，实验组再生障碍性贫血患者血小板、白细胞、血红蛋白水平均低于对照组非血液病患者（P

【Abstract】Objective： Bone marrow test for the diagnosis of aplastic anemia and analysis of platelet leukocyte hemoglobin levels. Methods： 30 patients with aplastic anemia treated in our hospital during March 2017 to January 2023 were selected as the experimental group， and then 30 patients with non-hematological diseases treated in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group， and for both study groups， bone marrow tests were performed to compare the levels of platelets， leukocytes， and hemoglobin in bone marrow tests.
