【摘要】目的：分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者的疗效。方法：选取我院2019年12月—2022年12月的75例多囊卵巢综合征患者，随机将其分成两组。对照组单用炔雌醇环丙孕酮，观察组联用二甲双胍。结果：治疗前，两组的血清LH、泌乳素、E2、FBG、T和 FSH水平无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后，两组的血清LH、泌乳素、E2、FBG、T和 FSH水平均明显改善（P0.05），治疗后，两组的面部痤疮、烦躁易怒、月经不调和多毛症状评分均明显降低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the curative effect of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with metformin on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： 75 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received ethinyl estradiol cyproterone alone， and the observation group received ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with metformin. Results： Before treatment， there was no significant difference in serum LH， prolactin， E2， FBG， T and FSH levels between the two groups （P>0.05）. After treatment， the levels of serum LH， prolactin， E2， FBG， T， and FSH in both groups were significantly improved （P0.05）.
