【摘要】目的:探究在糖尿病生化检验中联合应用空腹血糖、血脂和糖耐量检测的影响。方法:实验时间限定于2022年1月—2022年12月,选取我院糖尿病患者40例样本设置为研究组;选取同期健康者40例,设置为对照组,均行空腹血糖、血脂和糖耐量联合检测,比对组间生化检验结果。结果:研究组的空腹血糖(8.38±2.18)mmol/L、24h糖耐量(11.41±3.06)、甘油三酯(2.35±0.57)mmol/L、总胆固醇(5.36±1.41)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(3.59±0.27)mmol/L均比对照组更高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(1.03±0.28)mmol/L相比对照组(2.81±0.34)mmol/L更低(P

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of combined application of fasting glucose, lipid and glucose tolerance tests in biochemical tests for diabetes. Methods: The experiment time is limited to January 2022 to December 2022, and 40 samples of diabetes patients in our hospital are selected as the study group; Select 40 healthy individuals from the same period and set them as the control group, all of whom underwent joint testing of fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, and glucose tolerance. Compare the biochemical test results between the groups.
