【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of responsible midwifery nursing combined with posture management in primiparous delivery and its impact on delivery outcomes. Methods： 100 primiparous women who gave birth in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group based on the admission number， with 50 cases in each group.
