【摘要】目的：探讨在乙肝肝硬化代偿期合并DM治疗中，TDF抗病毒治疗的临床效果与安全性。方法：选取我院接诊的乙肝肝硬化代偿期合并DM患者30例，分为对照组与观察组，分别给予恩替卡韦与TDF，对比两组患者治疗前后血糖、肝功能指标变化以及临床效果与安全性。结果：治疗后，观察组血糖指标FPG低于对照组，肝功能指标ALT、TBIL、ALB检测结果低于对照组，总有效率为100.00%高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and safety of TDF antiviral therapy in the compensatory stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with DM.Methods：30 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in the compensatory stage complicated with DM received in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group.They were given entecavir and TDF respectively，and the changes of blood glucose，liver function indexes，clinical effects and safety of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.
