【摘要】目的：研究男性不育患者精液检验参数的变化及临床意义。方法：选取2021年6月—2022年6月本院接收的15例男性不育患者与同期于本院体检的15例健康男性作为研究对象，以是否不育展开分组，前者设为观察组，后者设为对照组，对所有受检者行精液检查，对比分析两组受检者精液检验各项参数变化状况。结果：研究显示，两组受检者精液液化时间、精液颜色、pH值差异不明显（P>0.05）；相较于对照组健康男性，观察组不育男性精液量、精子活动率、精子活动力、精子密度、精子形态更差，差异存在统计学意义（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the changes and clinical significance of semen test parameters in male infertility patients.Methods：From June 2021 to June 2022，15 male infertile patients received in our hospital and 15 healthy males who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the research objects，and divided them into groups according to whether they were infertile，and the former was set as the observation，and the latter was set as the control group，and all subjects underwent semen examination， and the changes of various parameters in the semen examination of the two groups of subjects were compared and analyzed.Results：The study showed that there was no significant difference in semen liquefaction time，semen color and pH value between the two groups of subjects（P>0.05）；Compared with the healthy men in the control group，the sperm volume，sperm activity rate，sperm activity，sperm density and sperm morphology of the infertile men in the observation group were worse，and the difference was statistically significant（P
