【摘要】目的：分析对血液系统疾病患者输注血小板后无效的原因。方法：抽取2020年1月—2022年1月期间在长春市某医院接受治疗并输注血小板的血液系统疾病患者74例，从抗体强度以及患者基本资料、输血情况等角度分析患者血小板输注无效的原因。结果：经单因素分析结果显示患者血小板抗体阳性、抗体强度以及体重、感染、脾肿大、输血的次数、伴有活动性出血以及治疗性输血是血小板输注无效的相关影响因素（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the causes of ineffective platelet transfusion in patients with hematological diseases. Methods： From January 2020 to January 2022，74 patients with blood system diseases who received treatment and platelet transfusion in a hospital in Changchun were selected.The causes of ineffective platelet transfusion were analyzed from the aspects of antibody intensity，basic information of patients and blood transfusion.
