优质护理服务在胸腰椎骨折中的效果及满意度分析

【摘要】目的：分析在胸腰椎骨折患者护理中开展优质护理服务的临床效果以及对满意度的影响。方法：本文中病例为在我医院接受治疗的胸腰椎骨折80例患者，通过电脑随机抽法将纳入的病例分成观察组和对照组，各有40例，对照组行常规护理，观察组开展优质护理服务，将两组护理效果进行详细比对。结果：护理后，同对照组比较显示，观察组护理管理质量及患者依从性得到显著提高，术后患者疼痛程度明显减轻，且发生的并发症也较少，患者住院时间明显缩短，最终患者生活质量以及对护理满意度评分均较高，差异显著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of high-quality nursing service in the nursing of thoracolumbar fracture patients and its influence on satisfaction.Methods：The cases in this paper were 80 patients with thoracolumbar fracture treated in our hospital，the included cases were divided into the observation group and the control group by computer random sampling，with 40 cases in each group，the control group received routine care，and the observation group carried out quality care services，the nursing effects of the two groups were compared in detail.Results：After nursing，compared with the control group，the observation group showed that the quality of nursing management and patient compliance were significantly improved，the postoperative pain degree was significantly reduced，the complications were less，the length of hospital stay of patients was significantly shortened，and the final scores of quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction were higher （P
