【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on the pain of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and intervertebral disc herniation. 腰椎管狭窄症临床发病率较高，属于脊柱退行性病变，受不同形式神经管狭窄、椎管狭窄、硬膜囊狭窄等情况影响，患者出现明显腰腿痛症状，且随着病情发展，狭窄的椎管发生结构变化，导致结构异常，引起间歇性腰腿痛等问题，影响患者肢体功能，且很多患者合并腰椎间盘突出症，加重患者病情，给其日常生活带来巨大压力[1-3]。（剩余4817字）
