【摘要】目的：探讨呼吸锻炼专项护理在肺癌手术患者护理中的应用价值。方法：肺癌手术患者均来自我院，时间为2020年1月—2020年12月，共70例，随机分为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取呼吸锻炼专项护理。比较两组肺癌手术患者的肺功能和生活质量评分。结果：护理前，两组的PEF、FEV1、VCmax和FEV1/FVC无明显差异（P>0.05），护理后，两组的PEF、FEV1、VCmax和FEV1/FVC均明显升高（P0.05），护理后，两组以上评分均明显升高（P

Application value of special nursing of respiratory exercise in nursing of patients with lung cancer surgery

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of special nursing of respiratory exercise in the nursing of patients with lung cancer. Methods： All patients with lung cancer surgery were from our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020， with a total of 70 cases. Under the guidance of randomization， the patients were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received special nursing of respiratory exercise. The pulmonary function and quality of life scores of patients with lung cancer were compared between the two groups. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in PEF， FEV1， VCmax and FEV1/FVC between the two groups（P>0.05）.
