【摘要】目的：分析炔诺酮对于女性生殖内分泌疾病的治疗效果以及不良反应。方法：选入2019年8月—2021年8月间入院治疗的76例女性生殖内分泌疾病患者且随机法分组，A组计入38例予以炔诺酮治疗，B组计入38例予以地屈孕酮治疗，对比两组治疗效用。结果：A组患者的总有效率高于B组，治疗3个月后，A组患者的性激素水平低于B组，A组患者的各项治疗指标优于B组，A组患者的不良反应发生率低于B组（P

Analysis of the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of norethisterone on female reproductive endocrine diseases

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of norethisterone on female reproductive endocrine diseases. Methods： A total of 76 patients with female reproductive endocrine diseases who were admitted to hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into groups. Group A included 38 patients who received norethisterone treatment， and group B included 38 patients who received didextrin. Progesterone treatment， compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of patients in group A was higher than that in group B.
