康复护理对产妇产后盆底功能恢复的影响

【摘要】目的：探讨康复护理对产妇产后盆底功能恢复的影响。方法：选取2016年1月—2018年12月我院的72例产妇，随机分成两组。一组的护理措施为常规的产后护理归为对照组，一组的护理措施调整为康复护理归为观察组。结果：就Ⅰ类盆底肌纤维平均肌电压、阴道动态压力和Ⅱ类盆底肌纤维平均肌电压差异分析可知，在实施护理前，上述数据差异在统计学上是不存在的（P>0.05），经差异护理，两组的上述各指标均有一定的升高（P0.05），护理后，两组的心理健康度、社会关系、生活环境满意度、精神健康和独立能力评分均明显升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of pelvic floor function of puerpera. Methods： 72 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The nursing measures of one group were routine postpartum care， and they were classified as the control group， and the nursing measures of the other group were adjusted to rehabilitation nursing， and they were classified as the observation group. Results： According to the difference analysis of the average muscle voltage of class I pelvic floor muscle fibers， vaginal dynamic pressure and the average muscle voltage of class II pelvic floor muscle fibers， before the implementation of nursing， the above data differences did not exist statistically （P>0.05）. After differential nursing， the above indicators in both groups were increased to a certain extent （P0.05）.
