【摘要】目的：探讨和评价个性化护理对胎膜早破产妇精神状态及围产结局影响。方法：选取2020年8月—2021年8月本院收治的52例胎膜早破产妇，随机分为两组，对照组产妇实施常规护理，观察组产妇实施个性化护理，比较两种护理手段对产妇心理状态及分娩结局的影响。结果：干预前，两组产妇心理状态评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，观察组产妇焦虑评分、抑郁评分，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（t=0.157、13.626、0.225、11.611，P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and evaluate the impact of personalized nursing on the mental state and perinatal outcome of women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods： From August 2020 to August 2021， 52 cases of parturient premature rupture of membrane in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given personalized nursing. The effects of two nursing methods on the psychological state of parturient and delivery outcome were compared. Results： Before intervention， there was no statistically significant difference in psychological state scores between the two groups（P>0.05）. 胎膜早破与生殖道感染、胎膜受力不均、孕妇腹部遭受强烈撞击、营养素缺乏等因素有关，近年来产科发生胎膜早破的发病率持续攀升，严重影响到母体和胎儿的健康，若不及时进行干预，容易加剧母体宫内感染风险、胎盘早剥，容易引发早产儿、脐带脱垂和受压等不良结局。（剩余3442字）
