带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施改良胸椎旁神经阻滞麻醉治疗的临床效果评价

【摘要】目的：探讨及研究带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者应用胸椎旁神经阻滞麻醉治疗的有效性。方法：本次将抽取带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者共计100例，入组后将采用双盲法分配小组，改良组采用改良胸椎旁神经阻滞麻醉治疗，基础组应用硬膜外神经阻滞，对比治疗效果、患者治疗前后疼痛评分及生活质量评分。结果：改良组治疗效果对比基础组，对比优势明显（P0.05），治疗后1d、7d、14d、30d，改良组疼痛评分更低，存在统计学对比意义（P0.05），治疗后1d、7d、14d、30d，改良组生活质量评分高于基础组，有对比意义（P

Evaluation of clinical effect of modified thoracic paravertebral nerve block anesthesia in patients with postherpetic neuralgia

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of parathoracic nerve block anesthesia in patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods： a total of 100 patients with postherpetic neuralgia will be selected. After entering the group， they will be divided into groups by double-blind method. The improved group will be treated with improved parathoracic nerve block anesthesia， and the basic group will be treated with epidural nerve block. The treatment effect， pain score and quality of life score of patients before and after treatment will be compared. Results： the treatment effect of the improved group was significantly better than that of the basic group（P0.05）.
