【摘要】目的：观察体外振动排痰机在重型颅脑损伤患者集束化护理中的临床效果。方法：选取本院重症医学科于2020年1月—2021年1月收治的患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组患者采用集束化护理方法，观察组患者在对照组护理方法的基础上联用体外振动排痰机。结果：两组重型颅脑损伤患者在不同护理方法下的临床治疗指标、护理满意度、GCS昏迷评分、NIHSS神经功能评分、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率对比结果差异显著（P

Clinical observation of cluster nursing combined with external vibration expectorator in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal vibration expectoration machine in intensive care of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
