【摘要】目的：探究肺挫伤合并肋骨骨折患者的临床护理具体措施并分析其护理效果。方法：将76例肺挫伤合并肋骨骨折患者分为对照组和实验组，每组38例，对照组采用基础护理，实验组在此之上又添加综合护理干预，将两组的护理指标变化、发生的不良事件以及护理的满意度作为观察指标进行分析。结果：实验组的VAS评分、HAMA得分相比于对照组均有明显的减少，并且机械通气、下床活动、胸腔引流和住院所用时均比对照组有很大程度的缩短（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the specific clinical nursing measures of patients with pulmonary contusion combined with rib fracture and analyze the nursing effect. Methods： 76 patients with pulmonary contusion combined with rib fracture were divided into control group and experimental group， 38 cases in each group.
