超声引导下穿刺活检在乳腺小肿块诊断中的应用价值

【摘要】目的：探讨在乳腺小肿块诊断中应用超声引导下穿刺活检的效果。方法：将我院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的62例乳腺小肿块患者均行超声引导下穿刺活检，最终以手术病理检查为诊断依据，分析其诊断结果及影像学特征。结果：在62例患者中，最终经手术病理证实良性肿块51例，恶性肿块11例，超声引导下穿刺活检检出良性肿块50例，恶性肿块12例，诊断灵敏性为96.08%（49/51），特异性为90.91%（10/11），准确性为95.16%（59/62），故超声引导下穿刺活检结果与术后病理结果比较无统计学差异（P>0.05）；超声显示恶性肿块的血流速度峰值及阻力指数均显著高于良性肿块（P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided needle biopsy in the diagnosis of small breast masses. Methods： A total of 62 patients with small breast lumps admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 underwent ultrasound-guided needle biopsy， and finally based on surgical and pathological examination， the diagnostic results and imaging characteristics were analyzed. Result： Among the 62 patients， 51 benign masses and 11 malignant masses were finally confirmed by operation and pathology. Ultrasound-guided needle biopsy detected benign masses in 50 cases and malignant masses in 12 cases. The diagnostic sensitivity was 96.08% （49/51）， the specificity was 90.91% （10/11）， and the accuracy was 95.16% （59/62）， so there was no statistical difference between the results of ultrasoundguided needle biopsy and postoperative pathological results（P>0.05）.
