【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with dysphagia. 在神经系统疾病中，脑卒中属于较为常见的类型之一，主要因急性脑循环障碍所致，虽然大对患者能够抢救成功，但是会常伴有语言、认知、运动、吞咽等功能障碍，其中吞咽障碍的发生率约为27%～85%，若未及时干预不仅会引起呛咳、误吸等不良事件，使患者的生活质量下降，甚至会因吸入性肺炎、低蛋白血症等对患者的生命安全产生一定的威胁[1]。（剩余4469字）
