【摘要】目的：探讨正畸-牙周联合治疗前牙错颌畸形伴中重度牙周病的效果及牙周状况影响。方法：2019年1月—2021年12月，选取70例前牙错颌畸形伴中重度牙周病患者，对照组（35例），用常规治疗，观察组（35例），正畸-牙周联合治疗，分析两组的治疗效果，牙周功能。结果：两组经过治疗后统计疗效发现观察组的治疗有效率比对照组有显著的升高（91.43% VS 68.57%），数据差距分析得出有显著性的结论（P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of combined orthodontic-periodontal treatment for anterior malocclusion with moderate to severe periodontal disease and the effect of periodontal status. Methods： From January 2019 to December 2021， 70 patients with anterior malocclusion and moderate to severe periodontal disease were selected.
