【摘要】目的：探讨达格列净对早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析来自2020年12月至2021年6月期间内就诊于本院门诊或病房的60例早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料，对比两组患者治疗前后尿微量白蛋白/肌酐，及血清MCP-1、TNF-α水平。结果：相比于治疗前，两组治疗3个月后尿微量白蛋白/肌酐，及血清MCP-1、TNF-α水平均降低，且观察组较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P

糖尿病肾病（DN）属于糖尿病的最常见的微血管并发症，发病率高且预后比较差，严重危害患者的健康及生命安全[1]，根据临床研究，DN属于炎症性疾病，糖尿病患者身体内的慢性炎症容易影响肾小球和肾间质功能，导致肾衰竭，故降低炎症反应对延缓DN有重要意义[2]。（剩余2999字）
