【Abstract】Objective：To study the influence of doula accompanying delivery on labor process and delivery outcome. Methods：From January 2020 to January 2021， 100 cases of full-term single single head primiparas in our hospital were selected. Among them， 50 pregnant women using conventional nursing method were selected as the control group， and 50 pregnant women using conventional nursing method and doula accompanying delivery were selected as the research group.Results：The rate of vaginal delivery in the study group was higher than that in the control group，and the cesarean section rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group，with statistical significance（P
