静配中心为医院重要的医疗场所，主要由药学人员根据药物处方、特性进行药物配置，该项工作程序繁杂，注意事项较多，且工作环境较为封闭、药方工作场地不足，加之部分药物人员知识水平欠缺，给长期在此工作的药学人员带来巨大的精神及心理压力，导致部分药学人员疲劳程度较高，工作效率低下[1-2]。（剩余5464字）
