【摘 要】目的：探究桡骨远端骨折保守治疗与手术治疗的疗效。方法：选择我院2019年4月至2020年5月收治的桡骨远端骨折患者92例，分成对照组和观察组，每组46例，对照组患者选取保守治疗方法治疗，观察组患者选取手术治疗方法治疗，观察并对比两组效果。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率、生活质量评分、满意率均明显高于对照组患者，尺偏角、掌倾角明显高于对照组患者，桡骨短缩明显低于对照组患者，两组对比存在明显差异（P
