【摘 要】目的：探讨PDCA管理对阴道分娩产妇产后按压宫底舒适度的影响。方法：选取我院2018年4月至9月共29例阴道分娩产妇为研究对象，按随机数表法分为试验组15例和对照组14例，对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上开展PDCA管理，比较两组产妇护理干预后产妇的舒适度变化情况。结果：试验组开展PDCA管理后，有效提高了产妇的舒适度评分且明显高于对照组，组间对比有显著差异（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of PDCA management on the comfort of postpartum compression of the uterine fundus in pregnant women with vaginal delivery.Methods：A total of 29 pregnant women with vaginal delivery in our hospital from April 2018 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects. 产妇在产时、产后接受的一系列医疗护理操作是会引起产妇疼痛的，怎样才能让产妇理解并接受医护人员的护理操作的必要性呢？怎样减轻产后产妇对子宫按摩、按压宫底的疼痛感呢？因此，产房QC小组希望通过小组活动使全体助产士为产妇按压宫底能把子宫按摩与按压宫底引起的疼痛减至最小在可接受的范围内，并让产妇能理解和接受这个护理措施的必要性，提高产妇的舒适度。（剩余3331字）
