[Abstract]The emergenceof sialoendoscopy has fundamentalyalteredand has playeda hugerole inthediagnosis andtreatmentofsalivaryglanddiseases.However，nationwide，thenumberoforalandmaxilofacialsurgeonsskiled in the useofsialoendoscopyis verysmall，which limits its further promotionand appication.No standardizedtrainingprogramis currently available for sialoendoscopyindomestic stomatologycoleges，and thecontent and assessmentstandardsofrelevant training needs further improvement.Basedonrelevant clinicaland teaching experience，this paperemphasizes theimportantroleofclinicalapplicationandskilltraining forsialoendoscopy，withtheaimofpromotingthe popularization and development of sialoendoscopic therapy.
