[Abstract]Oclusalrehabilitation isanefective meansof treating tooth wear,edentulousjawsandotheroraldiseases.Among them,full-mouthfixedoclusalreconstructioncaneffectivelyrestoreaestheticsandfunction,butthecomplexityof theclinical process,the high sensitivityof thetechnique,andthehigh incidenceof variouscomplications have always drawn much attention.With the application and developmentofdigital technology inoccusal rehabilitation,the treatmentoutcomehas beenimprovedcompared withtraditional treatment.However,therearemany kindsofdigital technologywithdifferenteficacyhowtobuildaneficientlystandardizeddigitalcliicaltechnicalsolutionisaurnt

difficulty.Therefore,combined with the long-term work ofthe department of prosthodontics in our hospital,in thispaper,the minimum (occlusal perception of thickness) and maximum (centric relation) geometric quantities which should be paid attention to during reconstruc

tionareputforward.Wesystematicallyorganizedtheclinicalprocedureofdigitalfull-mouthfixedoccusalrehabilitation usedinourdepartmentforalongtime.Inconclusion,a5-stage19-steporn-stepsolution(5-19Nforshort)characterized by"fromlarge to smalrestorative space splitting logic is proposed.Ithasa certainreferencevalue forthe future useof digital technology to deal with complex occlusal rehabilitation cases.
