Abstract：Ulcerativecolitis （UC）was iduced inmicebydextran sulfatesodium（DS），and Pu'er ea polysaccaride （PPS）was administered during the modeling period.Four groups of normal control，DsS model，low-dose （ （200mg/kg） PTPS，and high-dose （400mg/kg） PTPS were designed.Theeffcts of PTPSonDSS-induced UC were investigated fromthedisease activity index，colon morphology，istopathoogicalchanges，ndlevelsofinammatorycytokines.heresultsdmonstratedthatPTeviatedthe weightlossinbitedolonsorteingallviatedteolotisuedamagendiminisedteevationsinfamatoryctoie levels，thereby ameliorating DSS-induced UC in mice.The high-dose group demonstratedbeter effects.
