智能化背景下制造企业转型模式及创新策略研究

摘 要：近年来，智能化发展迅速，为我国制造业提供了新的发展契机，但是智能化发展对我国制造业的研发创新能力、市场环境及劳动力水平等方面都提出了更高的要求，所以智能化背景下我国制造业想要加速发展就必须抓住机遇转型升级，改变原有的生产方式，创新发展策略，促进我国制造业向智能化方向发展。

Abstract： In recent years， the rapid development of intelligence has provided new development opportunities for our country's manufacturing industry. However， intelligent development has higher requirements on the R&D and innovation capabilities， market environment and labor level of our manufacturing industry. Therefore， this paper believes that under the background of intelligence， if our country's manufacturing industry wants to accelerate development， it must seize the opportunity to transform and upgrade， change the original production mode， innovate development strategies， and promote the development of our country's manufacturing industry in the direction of intelligence.
